We really hope that you love your Hosbjerg items. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know.



You can return the items within 14 days of purchasing. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. The items must also still have the hang tag on otherwise the items cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund the total amount of the items bought, paid to the credit card used in the transaction. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipping amount you paid for the delivery. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.



To make a return, please fill out the enclosed return form and place it together with the items you wish to return. We offer free returns on all orders. Simply contact us at and we will provide you with a free return label. 

Print out the label for the free return shipment and attach to your return package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point. Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend saving the delivery receipt as proof that the delivery was sent. It can take between 5-10 weekdays from we approve the return and until the money will appear on your bank account.



We offer one free exchange per order. Please just fill out the enclosed return form and place together with the items you wish to exchange. Contact us at and we will provide you with a free return label.

We will process exchanges within a few business days of receiving the items and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you. For any other queries please contact for assistance.



All products are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.
