RETURNS & TERMS

Shopping at Hosbjerg is easy. We ship internationally to all countries worldwide.

This is how you do it
Just click on the item you like, choose your size and add it to the shopping cart. To check out, you just click on the shopping cart, on the top right hand side of the page. At the checkout, you will need to fill in your address, contact information and email address. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from Hosbjerg.

 

RETURNS

You can return the item(s) within 14 days of purchasing. Fill out the return form and send it with the return package. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item(s) must also still have the handtag(s) on otherwise the item(s) can not be returned. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund the total amount of the items bought, paid to the credit card used in the transaction. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipping amount you paid for the delivery. Right now we are running a campaign with free returns on all orders placed in november. Simply contact us at info@hosbjerg.com and we will provide you with a free return label. Print it out and place it on the package. Remember to save the delivery receipt as proof that the delivery was sent. It can take between 5-10 weekdays from we approve the return and until the money will appear on your bank account.

 

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS

All products are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact customer service by email info@hosbjerg.com.

  

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

All of our customers receive a tracking number so that they can follow their package. Delivery inside Denmark is 1-3 working days. International shipping is 3-7 working days worldwide. International customers outside of the eu (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us. Please check with your local customs office for the rules and regulations. We do not deduct vat for international orders.

 

GENERAL

We send all products as packages and each package will have a tracking number in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured. All packages should be collected at the nearest post office (this applies only for packages in Denmark). Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to GLS (Denmark and Europe) or DHL (outside Europe) immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it.

We offer free shipping and returns with orders over £140 worldwide.

 

DELIVERY INFO

For deliveries inside Denmark and Europe we use GLS.

For all deliveries outside Europe we use DHL.
